In order to provide all pet owners with the undivided attention that each pet deserves, visits must be scheduled as appointments rather than on a "walk-in" basis. All efforts will be made to accommodate those arriving without an appointment, although priority will be given to those patients who are scheduled.
Please note that emergencies are always considered top priority. The patience and understanding of those inconvenienced by delays created by an emergency situation is deeply appreciated.
